Sean Joined our team in 2022 as our Reading Operations Manager. He brings a wealth of operational and managerial experience, gained over many years within the security sector; most recently, successfully leading a team of over 250 personnel on a complex multi-site contract with HS2

In a former life, he ran his own personal training company. A multi-disciplinary martial arts instructor, his spare time is dedicated to his passion for teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and kickboxing.

He holds qualifications in Operations Management, Health and Safety, and Site Supervision.
