Sophie joined the team in 2022 as our HR Administrator, having just earned a 2:1 degree in psychology. She wishes to pursue a career Human Resources and she will be working towards a CIPD qualification with the company.

She has a strong sense of social responsibility, something she developed a passion for throughout her time in college, completing her Level 3 Health and Social Care course, and at university; firstly working as a playworker for an additional needs primary school and then as an autism practitioner.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys visiting national trust sites, spending time with my friends and family and collecting classic books.
